March 21 - April 3rd
5 Rivers Chardonnay, Monterey County, 06
Chardonnay
Our winemaking approach begins with a gentle pressing and a slow, cool fermentation to retain the fruit's subtleties. We emphasize the fruit by fermenting 60% in stainless, 40% in mostly French barrels, with 15% of the wine allowed to proceed through malolactic fermentation. Our chardonnay is aged in French and American oak with a mixture of toast levels for six months prior to bottling.
Casa Silva Reserva, Chile, 05
Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense ruby colored with deep violet at the core. Ripe red cherry and strawberry fruit on the nose is repeated on the palate with hints of chocolate and finely integrated French oak and soft supple tannins on the lingering finish.

Villa Banfi Chianti Classico, Italy
Chianti
Chianti may well be the single best-known wine in the world - historically celebrated, universally revered and enjoyed over centuries. Produced from select grapes grown in the ”Classico” region of Chianti between Siena and Florence, this aristocratic Tuscan wine has reached new heights in Banfi Chianti Classico Riserva. After aging two years in Slavonian oak casks, this elegant, well-balanced wine has flavors of vanilla, cocoa and spice.
